To provide a smooth moving experience for our customers in the Cleveland and surrounding areas. An experience that focus’ on customer satisfaction. We understand that moving is necessary, but can sometimes be an overwhelming experience. Our goal is to provide the customer with an enjoyable, stress free, honest service by satisfying the individual customer’s moving needs.
We also believe in having a quality crew that has the proper training to handle the customer’s items from origin to destination in a timely fashion, thus keeping the customer happy. Job satisfaction is very important for employers and owners; we will strive to create a work environment that is enjoyable and profitable for all.
Our History
Business On The Move, LLC was founded as a corporate office, medical, industrial, and manufacturing relocation service. Operated by Bryan Berry with 36 years of experience in the relocation industry, we have successfully expanded our business to all 50 states utilizing our in-house Project Management Services Team to select and recommend the best, most cost effective relocation plan to suit our client's needs.
Business on the Move can accommodate local, intrastate or interstate moving. With our full time uniformed personnel and our fleet of trucks with all the necessary equipment, there is no job to big for Business on the Move.
Differentiating Qualities
Business On The Move employs full-time relocation managers for every relocation. Supervising and calculating every aspect of the relocation process, our management team is with the customer through every phase of the relocation: From the initial estimate, packing, delivery and unpacking, to the final follow-up of any loose ends. To make sure each move goes smoothly, our Move Management Team handles all pre-move meetings with as well move planning. These meetings include:
- Designed Color Coding to ensure that computers, contents, and furniture are placed in the proper space.
- Reviews pamphlet of packing instructions.
- Complete information concerning the "flow" of the move and what to expect.
- Question and answer periods to address any concerns you may have.
In addition, every relocation is managed by a relocation supervisor with no less than 10 years of experience in office and industrial relocations. This person is available by telephone every business day to answer any questions that may arise along the way. We also employ a separation of movers and installers, so our services are specialized and provide expert service for each phase of the move.
Our Team: Training, Education & Safety
Business On The Move has an expert team of 20 employees, with an average tenure of 5 years. Prior to hiring new team members, each applicant goes through a 7 Year background check and drug screening.
At Business On The Move, we place a great deal of emphasis on employee training, education and safety. We routinely send our team members to training and safety classes, and make sure they are well educated on the processes and procedures employed by our company. This not only ensures that you receive the best possible experience when it comes time for your move, but also that our employees are both confident and comfortable in performing their jobs. After all, movers who care start with employees that care.
